Shipping Policy

The short version: We ship only within the United States. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders over $40; otherwise a flat $5 rate.

1. Where We Ship

Squishyville currently ships to all 50 US states, plus:

We do not currently ship internationally. We're working on expanding to Canada in the future.

Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may incur additional charges of $5–10 depending on weight and destination. You'll see the exact rate at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

After you place an order:

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PT, weekends, or holidays start processing the next business day.

4. Transit Time

Once your package leaves our warehouse, typical delivery times are:

These are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. Severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays can affect transit times.

5. Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Larger orders may be sent via UPS or FedEx Ground at our discretion at no extra cost. We choose the carrier that we believe will deliver fastest and most reliably.

6. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. Email: Once shipped, you'll receive a "Shipped" email with the tracking number and a "View order" button that opens your order page.
  2. Order page: Visit squishyville.com and use the order lookup link in your confirmation email, or log in and view your order history.

No account needed. You can track any order with just the order ID (SQ123456) and the email address used to place it.

7. Delivery & Lost Packages

Marked as "Delivered" but missing?

Sometimes carriers mark packages "Delivered" before they actually arrive, or place them in unexpected locations. Please:

  1. Wait 3 business days — packages often appear shortly after the "Delivered" status;
  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or your front desk;
  3. Look around the property — porch, side door, garage, mailbox cluster;
  4. If still missing after 3 days, email orders@squishyville.com with your order number and we'll help file a claim.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, the package may be lost. Contact us and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund (your choice).

8. Wrong Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot redirect it.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, email us immediately with your order number — we'll do our best to update it.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, see section 9 of our Refund Policy for re-shipping and refund options.

10. Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday, December holidays, Valentine's Day), processing and transit times may extend by 2–3 days due to carrier volume. We'll post updated cutoff dates on the Site near these periods. Plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery for gifts.

11. Sales Tax & Fees

Applicable US sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your state or local jurisdiction.
